5000: Also known as aluminum-magnesium alloy embossed plate, which is represented by 5052 or 5083. 5000 series embossed plate has good corrosion resistance, high hardness and good rust resistance, and is widely used in ship building industry. This aluminum plate has high hardness and good bearing capacity.
According to the pattern of the aluminum plate, it can be divided into:
1) Compass embossed aluminum alloy plate: non-slip aluminum plate, but it is not often used.
2) Orange peel embossed aluminum alloy pattern plate is divided into classic orange peel pattern aluminum plate, variant orange peel pattern aluminum plate (also called bug pattern). 5) Spherical patterned embossed aluminum plate: it can also be called a semi-spherical patterned aluminum sheet. The surface shows a small spherical pattern, just like small pearls, so this aluminum sheet can become a pearl-shaped aluminum sheet. Mainly used in the outer packaging. The appearance is relatively beautiful. Due to the special pattern, the strength of this aluminum plate is much higher than other pattern series.
6) Diamond-shaped embossed aluminum alloy pattern plate: packaging pipes or outer packaging commonly used. Pattern aluminum plate is widely used in furniture: refrigerators, air conditioners, carriages, platforms, packaging pipes, screen skeletons, various suspension beams, table legs, decorative strips, handles, cable troughs and covers, chair tubes, etc.
